By creating a luckjili account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the luckjili platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety;

This Agreement, together with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions published on the luckjili platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and luckjili with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Access to and use of the luckjili platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. luckjili strictly prohibits access by minors.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

luckjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by luckjili may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of luckjili services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. luckjili is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckjili Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you actually authorised it.

If you suspect that your luckjili account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify luckjili's customer support team immediately via live chat. luckjili will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

luckjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players. Approved methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the luckjili platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Funds deposited into your luckjili wallet are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. luckjili is not a bank or financial institution.

luckjili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion on the luckjili platform.

General bonus conditions applicable to all luckjili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's luckjili wallet. luckjili's decision in such matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckjili platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Opening or operating more than one luckjili account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to luckjili support immediately;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the luckjili platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the luckjili platform;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

All content on the luckjili platform — including but not limited to the luckjili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of luckjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the luckjili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any luckjili content without prior written authorisation from luckjili.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, luckjili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the luckjili platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

luckjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

luckjili does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the luckjili platform at your own risk and are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are adequate and secure.

luckjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. You may close your luckjili account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

luckjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a regulatory authority;
• Any other circumstance in which luckjili, in its sole discretion, determines that continued operation of the account is not in the interests of the player, luckjili, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, luckjili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, luckjili may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The luckjili platform operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the luckjili platform, you agree to first contact luckjili's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. luckjili will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

luckjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, luckjili will publish the updated Terms on the luckjili platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, luckjili will provide advance notice of material changes via your registered email address or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the luckjili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above.
